PERSONAL STATEMENT

I class myself as a technically minded person, and a good problem solver, as a qualified electrical technician my understanding of equipment and processes has stood me in a good background. Being involved in the steel fabrication industry I’ve maintained and repaired machinery in a large production factory from handheld equipment to automatic bandsaws. I also hold tickets in the security and telecommunications fields.

Starting in R&D in the Agricultural Industry developing many products and creating state-of-the-art analytic software. I then broadened my experience working as an in-house concept designer for a promotional company, gaining many insights into the print industry. Growing my experience more I moved into the construction industry as a marketing manager, creating many forms of marketing material progressing onto CAD 3D visual concepts for the last 10 years.

As a graphic designer, I’ve worked in the creative sectors for over fifteen years gaining experience in the management of complete design processes. Having worked on a range of different projects gaining the skills to confidently create artwork for a range of different industries, vectors, DXF/DWG for laser and CNC. With experience in web design and development, project & asset management platforms, dashboards, digital kanban boards, and video conferencing systems. I have built and maintained cloud-based PBX phone systems. I have always had an eye for detail as an avid photographer and licensed drone operator creating videos for company profiles.

I am always up for a good challenge, with an organised and methodical working skill set. I enjoy good levels of communication and always willing to gain further insight and skills, with experience in working remotely and being part of a team.
